I have read through your problem troubleshooting help (Under Construction)  * Required I purchased the cartridge from yourselves APWjet.com  * Required The cartridge has NOT been modified or refilled by myself.  * Required The cartridge has NOT been over 50% consumed.  * Required The separate printhead is in perfect working order (only applicable to cartridges which dont house a printhead. i.e. most Canon machines and Epson models.).  * Required I have printed a test page / nozzle text which shows the problem / No ink output.  * Required It is still under gaurantee. (remanufactured inkjet cartridges 6 months / ALL other products 12 months)  * Required I am to the best of my knowledge declaring the cartridge faulty.  * Required I would like an urgent replacement please. You will have 14 days to return the unit via our freepost address. (Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge to your debit/credit card for the replacement.) I would like a refund.
