Free Delivery
FREE 2-4 days delivery is available on all products excluding large toner cartridges (single item weighing 2kg+),
which incur a one off charge of £4.99. For an additional small charge
we will send your order first class to arrive between 1-2 working days. |

Same Day Dispatch
Subject to availability, all orders received before 4pm weekdays (1pm Monday) are
guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. If for reasons in or out of our control it is not,
we will send your order the next working day first class post at no extra cost.
All back orders are also sent by first class post. We do not ship orders outside the UK. |

You can check the status of past orders (28 days history) from the second you place an order.
Dispatch data is updated weekdays from 5pm.

Product Warranty
Remanufactured inkjet cartridges: 6 months. All other products come with a 12 month warranty against defects.
As consumables once a cartridge has been sucessfully installed and working the warranty is void.
If the product then fails to print correctly it is assumed that it is nearly empty or due to incorrect use. (Within reason)

Printer Damage
Most cartridges, those which house the printed circuit board and pirnthead (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Xerox) are actually the printer and therefore can not harm the rest of the printer.
These types of cartridges were once the manufacturers own equipment and have simply been recycled. Those which do not house the printhead are 100% new.
In the unlikely event that a product we have supplied has actively damaged your hardware
we will pass on your report to the appropriate manufacturer who will then investigate. If
their product is found to be responsible they will cover the cost of repair or
replacement, which ever is more appropriate. |

Your right to Cancel
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (European Directive on distance selling) Regulations 2000 you have
the right to return a product within 7 working days from the date of delivery for any reason.
You must return at your own cost and the item(s) must be exactly as supplied to qualify for a refund. |

Your e-mail address is no longer compulsory with us. If you do supply your e-mail
we will NOT add it to address books for mass mailing or pass it on to any third party for love nor money.
