is formed. The image is stored in the form of negative and positively charged particles.
As the paper rubs past the drum its state is also charged with parts being electrically
charged. The toner then sticks to the paper only where the charge is different to that of
the original state of the paper. A toner cartridge containing an OEM drum: This means it
houses a used drum that has been used only once. These units are recommended for printing
text.
A cartridge with a NEW drum means just that, all used parts are replaced with 100% new
parts resulting in these units costing more. The quality reproduction matches that of the
original. In fact original toner manufactures now collect their own cartridges and recycle
